Embedded in engineering teams at Orcrist, E.ON, Allianz, Volkswagen, Bundesdruckerei, Nelly Solutions, and Telefónica. I take over backlog, discovery, and operating rhythm and stay until the team runs on its own.

Most recently at Orcrist, I led a GitOps / IDP platform for law enforcement on GKE. At E.ON, I put AI into production for 8M+ energy customers under KRITIS. At Allianz, I built developer self-service that cut cloud provisioning from over a year to days. At Volkswagen, I shipped the commerce backbone for five brands.

Before that, six years at Capgemini and Erminas, where I learned the fundamentals: software engineering, systems design, and delivery across fintech, retail, insurance, and aerospace. I studied welding engineering, computer science, health economics, and machine learning: research at four universities across Hamburg, Copenhagen, San Diego, and the University of Federal Armed Forces.
